Maker Space

LMS is now available for you to pursue your own laser projects with our support tuition, facilities and advice.

As we develop our provision an increasingly popular option is to book a Maker Space to pursue your own ideas with the skills learned in the project sessions. We are also using this session for 'catch-up' where learners miss sessions due to illness etc and want to keep up to speed with their group.

Our policy is to give as much autonomy to learners as is safe and beneficial and so a key aspect to Makerspace is that participants get to use the laser cutter independently in a way that is not possible with other traditional workshop machinery and tools.
