'Invention' comes more naturally but design is a learned discipline that can help us in many areas of life, from the more obvious 'making things' to the less obvious such as decision making and planning in any context.  People love making things but many experience barriers to this such as the lack of time, resources, patience, manual skills and funding.

STEM is just one context for design. Our courses deliver a range of starting points - from self assembly kits to open ended projects.
