We are a democratic learning community aimed at facilitating learning within and across all age groups, for individuals and families to have agency (authorised to make their own decisions) in their learning and to be equipped with strategies for life-long-learning, collaboration with others and well being.

We support the family in bringing up children and seek to invest in them with connectivity to resources, legal help and an encouraging community. As Christians we believe that 'community is the best place for kids to grow, we appreciate that this may not be possible for everyone but the wider community' is still the best place to be rather than isolated and under resourced. We understand that parents may wish to delegate aspects of education to other organisations but no organisation or individual has the automatic right to usurp the place of the parent and that the child's needs must be catered for in the process of learning. The activities we provide are proven over many years to inspire and stimulate the courage and enthusiasm to learn and to learn together in harmony. Life has enough troubles of its own without the need for 'education' to create more! And we grow together through successes troubles and failures, learning to see difficulties as opportunities and that helping others is a great way of finding the wellbeing that we all seek in life.
